Normal Payment Scheme (NPS)
The payment scheme for the District 15 Condo is also commonly known as Progressive Payment Scheme. This scheme will let you service your mortgage loan via monthly instalments progressively, stage by stage, as the property (Arina East Residences) is being constructed.
