Parkway Mansion sold for $146.99mil to Sustained Land-led consortium

The District 15 Condo of Parkway Mansion has been sold to the local-based developer of Sustained Land Pte Ltd at the land rate of $1,536 per square foot per plot ratio ($ psf ppr).

The transacted sale price of $1,536 psf ppr for Parkway Mansion was higher than the owners’ guide price.

The transaction price also exceeded the prices of recent en bloc sales of freehold developments near the Amber Road/Meyer Road vicinity – Amber Park ($1,515 psf ppr), The Albracca ($1,409 psf ppr) and the low-rise development of Nanak Mansions ($1,429 psf ppr).
